What's the success rate with your plans?
Most companies will tell you that there is no way to tell how many companies are successful because sometimes people just don't follow through, partnerships dissolve, financing falls through, presenters have no credibility at the funding presentation. Well it is true that all of these are factors in the success or failure of a company, but most companies have an idea of how many of their plans are successfully funded. There are two ways to define success in creating business plans. One measure of success is if the plan is followed, is the business successful and making profit? Second, if the business plan is put together and presented correctly to the right investors, will the plan get the money it needs to exist in the first place? Both are important, but without funding, you don’t have the money to run the company in the first place. We have a rough average of 85% success rate in getting your company funded. Most companies won’t tell you that there is an average success rate.

What is the process?
Retain us: Once we are contracted and payment is made (50% of the plan fee), please download our questionaire as this will get us more aquainted with you and your business goals. We will then call for more information about you and your business.
Investigation of your business and market: Many clients have a detailed understanding of their market and spend a lot of time on this. We will interview you by phone for information you may have and will also dilligently create an independent market analysis.
Creation of the business plan: When we have all the relevant compiled data, we then begin to create the text and graphs via Microsoft Word and email the changes to you as the plan is being produced. This process allows for your input and creates the best end product.
Revisions to the businss plan: We allow unlimited changes for up to three weeks. Typically, three weeks is plenty of time for those who are taking their plan to the funding table or starting up. On a case by case basis we will extend that time frame.
